1. How can I begin placing an order with your factory?

To start an order, first send us your selected product designs through email. We will review your selections and respond with FOB pricing.
Once you agree to the prices, we will prepare sample pieces and send them to you for approval. Samples are free, but the shipping cost is on your side. You may also verify samples through a video call if preferred.
After sample approval, we require a 40% advance payment before full production begins.
Minimum order must be at least one 40-foot high cube container.

2. What is your total monthly shipping capacity for all customers?

Currently, our factory ships between 10 and 15 containers per month to all our buyers.

3. What is the maximum number of containers you can supply each month?

We provide FOB prices up to Mundra Port, India based on your product selections.

We operate on 40% advance payment, and the remaining balance is due against the Original Bill of Lading (OBL).

7. What are your current lead times, and do you expect any changes?

Typical lead time is 50–60 days. For larger orders, this may shorten to around 40–45 days once production is underway.

8. How do you handle quality control?

We maintain a strict quality control system throughout production. This includes multiple inspection steps—from kiln-dried wood selection to final finishes and packaging. We also send detailed photos of each SKU from all angles for your approval before packing.
